Kali Armstrong Opens Up About How Helpful Kevin Owens Was As A Coach On WWE LFG
Armstrong details how Owens helped her.
One of the guest coaches on season three of A&E’s WWE LFG series is Kevin Owens. One of the talents featured on season three is current NXT talent and the first-ever WWE EVOLVE Women’s Champion, Kali Armstrong.
While guest appearing on Busted Open After Dark, Armstrong spoke about how helpful Owens was during LFG.
“Kevin Owens was very hands-on. Hands-on as far as really getting in the ring. Yeah, he was showing us some things. He was not wanting to impose too much. He wanted us to keep our own creative freedom. But also, we get in there and give us some really good changes and alterations and things like that so I think match-wise, he really helped a lot.”
Owens has been out of action since 2025 after undergoing neck surgery.
Kali Armstrong was featured on the 5/5 NXT and scored a singles victory over Jaida Parker.
