Raja Jackson Cuts Plea Deal, Criminal Case Closed

Raja Jackson has cut a plea deal with prosecutors to close out his criminal case in the Syko Stu.

According to the New York Post, Jackson pleaded no contest to one felony count of battery with serious bodily injury at a preliminary hearing setting after striking an agreement with officials. He also admitted to two special allegations, including personal infliction of great bodily injury and engaging in violent conduct.

He is scheduled to be sentenced in June. The District Attorney’s Office said his “anticipated sentence is 90 days actual county jail; restitution of $81,703.38; and two years formal probation.”

At KnokX Pro in August, Raja legitimately knocked out Stu in a planned spot that went too far. Raja entered the ring, slamming Stu and knocking him out, before delivering over 20 legitimate and undefended strikes to the head.

Raja is the son of MMA legend Quinton “Rampage” Jackson. Rampage gave his thoughts, including what Raja told him, in an interview shortly after the incident. Fans can read his comments here.
