NJPW’s Oleg Boltin Undergoes Successful Elbow Surgery

A successful surgery for Oleg Boltin.

In early May, New Japan Pro-Wrestling shared that Oleg Boltin suffered an injury to his elbow and would be out of action with a return date that was to be determined.

Taking to X, Boltin revealed that he has undergone surgery for the injury. He thanked those who performed the surgery, those who took care of him, and noted that he’ll do his best to rehab.

There is no word on the status of the NJPW STRONG Openweight Championship, as Boltin has had the title since February, when he defeated Tomohiro Ishii at The New Beginning USA.

Boltin last wrestled at the NJPW Ignition to Dominion show on May 6th.
