MJF has named his next several AEW World Champions, including a note that he will hold the title until he retires next time he wins the championship.
At AEW Double Or Nothing, Max will look to become a three time AEW World Champion when he gets his rematch with Darby Allin in hair vs title match this coming weekend. The bout comes after Darby demanded that MJF put something on the line to earn a rematch for the title. Now, Max believes that he will hold the title until he retires if he recaptures the title at the weekend.
In a new social media quote tweet, MJF responded to a post asking for the next five AEW World Champions, with Max noting that he will hold it till he retires, with a tournament taking place to crown a new champion that will eventually be won by his own son.
“MJF, MJF retires. Tournament to honor MJF’s legacy and crown a new champion. MJF’s son wins the belt.”
