Danhausen Gives Reason For Cursing NBA Cleveland Cavaliers: “Have You Ever Heard Of This Guy The Miz?”
Danhausen put a curse on the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The 2026 NBA Eastern and Western Conference Finals are underway. On the Eastern side, the Cleveland Cavaliers are playing the New York Knicks.
Game one of the series took place on May 19th, and hours before game time, WWE’s Danhausen appeared on ESPN programming and put a curse on the Cavaliers. He was also at the game.
He previously cursed the Knicks, but he publicly uncursed them, and ever since, they’ve gone on an 8-0 run in the playoffs. In game one between the Cavs and Knicks, the Knicks managed to come back from a 22-point deficit to win.
He was asked on X why he decided to curse the Cavs, and he cited Ohio’s own The Miz as the reason.

One of the latest highlights of Danhausen and The Miz’s on-screen feud in WWE saw Danhausen and Minihausen defeat The Miz and Kit Wilson at the Backlash Premium Live Event.
