MJF: New Day Would Be Incredible Additions To AEW, They Know Their Worth
MJF is a fan of the New Day (Kofi Kingston AKA Kofi & Xavier Woods AKA Austin Creed).
New Day confirmed their departure from WWE on May 4. When the news of their departure was announced on May 2, many in AEW made reference to the duo leaving.
MJF was the first to proclaim it being a New Day.
Speaking to Ariel Helwani, the former AEW World Champion was asked if he wanted to see New Day in AEW.
“Yeah, absolutely. I don’t know what their contract situation is, but whenever they are legally allowed to come over, I think those are guys that would be incredible additions to the AEW roster. They are both crazy talented, massive stars, and guys who know their worth, which to me is the most impressive thing,” he said.
Fightful Select recently reported that “every AEW source that we have spoken to about Kofi and Austin Creed are pushing for AEW to sign them, including some big names.”
