State Not Objecting Ludwig Kaiser’s Motion To Travel

It appears that Ludwig Kaiser (Marcel Barthel) will be allowed to continue to travel for work.

On May 20, Kaiser was arrested in Florida on a battery charge due to an incident that occurred on April 23 involving Kaiser allegedly attacking another male.

A motion was filed on Thursday morning requesting that he still be allowed to travel as it is a requirement of his job.

Court records show that the state is not objecting the motion.

“Since the initial filing of the Motion to Travel, undersigned counsel communicated with Assistant State Attorney Shaylynne Kotch, who indicated no objection to this motion. WHEREFORE, for the foregoing reasons, the Defendant respectfully requests this Honorable Court to enter an Order allowing him to travel out of the State of Florida and internationally.”

Ludwig Kaiser was scheduled to appear at an event in Mexico on Thursday, but it was canceled. He is scheduled to face the OG El Grande Americano on May 30 in a mask vs. mask match in Mexico.
