Tony Khan: In Recent Years, Jon Moxley Is Doing A Great Job Backstage And Has Been At Everything

Tony Khan discusses Jon Moxley’s ability to do a great job backstage and notes he has been at virtually every show in recent years.

Since the companies inception in 2019, Khan has been hands on with the AEW product, and has been present for every show in the promotions history. That being said, Khan does have other people in the company who he trusts.

While speaking to the Wide World Of Sports in a new interview, Tony Khan spoke about being present for each AEW show since it’s beginnings in 2019, and also noted that Jon Moxley has been at every show in recent years.

“I have a great group of people in each of the sports – I have great executives, coaches and people to talk to and lean on. The thing with wrestling that’s very different is there’s no off-season. We have a great group, but I’m generally the only person who comes to every show. In recent years, [star wrestler] Jon Moxley is doing a great job backstage and has been at everything … but I have been at every AEW show since the beginning. It’s a lot of travel, but I love it.”
