Tony Schiavone Says He ‘Always Checks On’ Darby Allin Following Big Spots

Tony Schiavone discusses Darby Allin being involved in major spots, noting that he always checks on Darby afterwards.

Throughout his AEW career, Darby Allin has been involved in many big spots in All Elite Wrestling and has come away worse for wear on multiple occasions, including a major spot during Sting’s retirement match where he crashed through a sheet of glass after a dive from the top of a ladder.

While speaking to 3NT Wrestling in a new interview, Tony Schiavone noted that he always checks on Darby Allin after big spots.

“So afterwards, you know, I always check on Darby. Always check on him because of the crazy things he does, and afterwards, and they’re picking glass out of him and, you know… I’m looking (at him), I say, ‘well, I guess next time we just have to take out a gun and shoot you, because we’ve done everything else we can do to you.’ We’ve set you on fire. We’ve thrown you down steps. You’ve thrown yourself off of a ladder on the glass. You’ve climbed Mount Everest. What else can be done? He’s just an amazing, amazing guy, and he keeps bouncing back.”
