REPORT: Pat McAfee, ESPN Negotiating New Deal

ESPN and McAfee are looking to lock in a new deal.
The Athletic pushed out a report that notes that ESPN and Pat McAfee are looking to lock in a new contract. The negotiations are in the $60-65 million per year contract.
McAfee’s contract negotiations are being handled by TKO’s Ari Emanuel and Mark Shapiro. Their negotiations for McAfee started at $100 million.
The report notes that McAfee is being paid close to $30 million per year, and some of that money is used to pay the contributors to the Pat McAfee Show.
McAfee’s current deal has two years left on it. The Athletic noted that McAfee’s new deal could see him appear on ESPN more than he already does.
McAfee finished up in the pro wrestling business after WrestleMania 42, where he was involved in the Undisputed WWE Championship program between Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes.
