Rey Mysterio & The Undertaker Joke About Not Knowing What CMLL Is

The two Hall of Famers were joking about not being aware of CMLL.
The newest episode of Six Feet Under featured a chat involving Michelle McCool, AAA Head of Creative, The Undertaker, and AAA Hall of Famer/General Manager Rey Mysterio.
Mysterio had begun speaking about the downtime he had after WWE acquired WCW and waiting on his WCW deal to expire so he could make his way to WWE. He talked about working with CMLL during that time, then Undertaker chimed in, and they began to joke about not knowing what CMLL is.
Mysterio: “When it came to my contract, J.R. told me, ‘Rey, we would really wanna do business with you but, let your contract run out, and then come April of 2002, we’ll sit down and negotiate a good deal for you.’ ‘Okay,’ and sure enough, that’s exactly what happened. So from 2001 till April 2002, I did something that I really wanted to do is wrestle in Arena México with CMLL at the time. So I did a couple of shows there –”
Undertaker: “Who’s that? I don’t know if I’ve ever heard of that. LMSCA?”
Mysterio: “LLCM.”
Undertaker: “LLCM. I’ll look it up. You guys heard of that? Anybody?”
Mysterio: “No one? I don’t think it’s around anymore, or it might be. I don’t know.”
CMLL is the longest-running pro wrestling promotion in Mexico. One of their partner promotions in the USA is All Elite Wrestling.
