Brawl Erupts Following Khamzat Chimaev vs. Dillon Danis At RAF 10

Dillon Danis was involved in another scuffle, this time with Khamzat Chimaev at Real American Freestyle 10.

The two men competed in the main event at RAF 10 with Chimaev scoring a pinfall victory just 44 seconds into the contest.

After the bout was over, Danis kept hold of Chimaev’s leg, and then kicked his legs as Chimaev got up. The former UFC middleweight champion took exception to Danis’ actions, kicking at his legs, causing chaos on the mat as both teams swarmed and started brawling.

Chimaev told Red Corner MMA, “What should I think? Stupid guys do stupid things. I accept something like that. He knows he wasn’t my level in wrestling so he felt that and then he tried to sub me. Like do submission, bro. If he did a submission on me, I’m never going to train again. He’s a weird guy, honestly. You know I try to hold myself but this idiot do stupid things. What should we do?”

After the event, RAF CEO Chad Bronstein said he would review the situation and assess if any punishments are handed out.
