Cyndi Lauper Getting First WWE Action Figure

Cyndi Lauper will be immortalized in action figure form.

Mattel Creations has announced a new WWE Elite 3-Pack that will feature the first-ever WWE action figure of Lauper. The set includes her, Captain Lou Albano, and “Rowdy” Roddy Piper. The set pays tribute to the “Rock ‘N’ Wrestling” era of the 1980s.

The collectible set is scheduled to debut as an exclusive release at San Diego Comic-Con.

Albano appeared in Lauper’s “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” video in 1983. Lauper would make appearances on Piper’s Pit, and managed Wendi Richter at “The Brawl to End It All” and WrestleMania 1.
