WWE Cancels 9/4 SmackDown Taping In Cincinnati

Unfortunate news for WWE fans in Cincinnati.

A little over a month after announcing the event, WWE has cancelled the SmackDown taping that was set to take place at the Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati, Ohio on Friday, September 4.

The news was broke by Ticketmaster, who simply states that “the event organizer had to cancel the event”.

As of publish time, the event is still listed on WWE’s website and there is no information on why the taping was cancelled. Fightful will update fans when more is known.
