Fans in attendance will be able to watch the FIFA World Cup game from their seats.
SunSport has a report up which notes that WWE reached an agreement with FIFA and The O2 Arena to air the England versus Ghana World Cup group game for fans in attendance at the June 23rd SmackDown taping.
SmackDown at The O2 in London is being taped on Tuesday and will air on 6/28. Doors open at 4:30 PM local time, and the show starts at 6 PM. The England versus Ghana game kicks off shortly before 9 PM, so WWE will air the game on the jumbo screens at The O2 so fans can watch.
SunSport noted that it will be the first time a football game is shown inside The O2.
The 6/23 SmackDown taping will feature the following matches:
- Giulia vs. Kiana James
- Paige vs. Jacy Jayne
- Rey Fenix vs. Nathan Frazer
