Brian Myers Speaks About Eddie Edwards: “If There’s Some WWE Castaways Who’ve Come To TNA Who Aren’t Familiar, They Find Out Quick That He’s The Real Deal”

Brian Myers spoke highly of his friend and factionmate.
A new episode of TNA Wrestling and Fight Network’s Immersed series was released, centered on Eddie Edwards.
During the 30-minute video, Edwards’ factionmate in The System and longtime friend Brian Myers spoke highly of Edwards. He mentioned that if there are some former WWE talents who come to TNA and are not familiar with Edwards, they find out quickly that Eddie is the real deal.
“To me, Eddie’s ego is kind of unspoken. He definitely knows he’s one of the best wrestlers in the world. He doesn’t need to make it known to people. He doesn’t have to say it. He just carries himself in a way where you’ll find out pretty quickly, especially when that bell rings. People who aren’t familiar with him, you know, if there’s like some WWE castaways who’ve come to TNA who aren’t familiar with him, they find out real quick that he’s the real deal, and I think that’s a pretty cool thing.”
The System is set for in-ring action at TNA Slammiversary on June 28th. Cedric Alexander is the reigning X Division Champion, and he’ll be defending his belt in an Ultimate X match. Bear Bronson and Brian Myers are the TNA World Tag Team Champions, and their belts will be up for grabs in a Ladder match. Eddie Edwards is scheduled to go one-on-one with former member of The System, Moose.
