Mike Santana Calls Out Nic Nemeth For Being On ‘Dumbass’ Australia Tours Instead Of Being At TNA

Mike Santana and Nic Nemeth meet ahead of the title bout.

The headlining bout for TNA Wrestling Slammiversary 2026 is Mike Santana defending the TNA World Championship against Nic Nemeth.

During the 6/25 episode of Thursday Night iMPACT, there was a World Title summit hosted by backstage interviewer/correspondent Gia Miller and TNA President Carlos Silva.

As Santana was delivering his words, he brought up the ‘dumbass’ tour of Australia that Nemeth did in mid-May for World Series Wrestling. At the time of the tour, TNA had television tapings in Sacramento, California.

Nemeth responded by saying he gets a great deal of money to be at shows, so he doesn’t skip out on them. The segment ended with Santana being jumped by Nic and Ryan Nemeth.

Back in January, Santana publicly stated that he wanted TNA to be the priority for roster members instead of independent dates.
