Defense Of Ludwig Kaiser Granted Subpoena For Key Evidence

The latest update on the legal proceedings involving Ludwig Kaiser.

On June 16, the defense filed a motion to gain access to surveillance video from the alleged battery incident involving Kaiser. This motion, unopposed by the state, asked the court to authorize the issuance of a subpoena for the footage.

On June 25, Judge Andrew Cameron of Orange County, Florida, ruled on the matter and ordered the subpoena to be issued.

“Any and all recordings from videotape surveillance of the 12th Floor including the elevator and all areas surrounding the elevator on or about April 23, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. until 6:45 p.m.”

Ludwig Kaiser was arrested in May on a battery charge stemming from an incident in April where he allegedly punched a man in an elevator.

Kaiser, who portrays El Grande Americano in AAA, has continued to wrestle for WWE, notably competing in the mask vs. mask match against Chad Gable.

A pre-trial conference is scheduled for July 16
