Myles Borne Talks Relationship With Randy Orton, Getting Advice After Back Surgery

Myles Borne details his relationship with Randy Orton.

Borne has been compared to ‘The Viper’ for his entire career. As it turns out, they are close friends that often talk about the business and how to maintain your health.

“The viper is cool, man. Randy, he’s been a great friend. A great mentor that I can reach out to at anytime. He’s a genuine guy. With all of the years that he put into this business, he really wants to help out the next and up and coming generations. I really see that when I’m talking to him, he’s passionate about this. Me and him have a good relationship, man. He’s a cool guy. I was a big fan of him, so the fact that he was someone I who looked up to and now I’m able to grab my phone and ask him a question if I have one. It’s crazy to me. He offers great advice and really takes pride in what he does. He takes pride in the business. I can tell that he has a lot of respect for it.” Borne told Complex Graps in a new interview.

Borne went on to reveal that Orton has given him advice for the back surgery that they both had.

“He also has a lot of respect for taking care of yourself and being healthy. That’s one thing that he’s been very keen on with me, my health. We both had the same back surgery. That was one thing that we had in common. He was immediately like, ‘Hey, go this website, get yourself one of these support pillows for when you’re traveling.’ He’s done all this for a long time and now he’s trying to give me the edge to where I can have an advantage later on where I can avoid some of the injuries and aches that he has. It’s been great, it’s been a blessing to be able to have someone his caliber with his experience offer me advice. Not just in the ring, but in recovery and outside of the ring. It’s great.”
