Damian Priest: I Don’t Plan On Leaving Wrestling Anytime Soon, But I’ll Be Done Before I’m 50

Damian Priest won’t be wrestling into his 50s.

As of publish time, Priest is 43 years old and has over 680 matches under his belt. In a new interview with Chris D Comedy, the former World Heavyweight Champion said that he doesn’t have a ideal age in mind for his retirement. At the same time, he won’t be wrestling into his 50s.

“I don’t have a number. I don’t have a time, but I know that I’m going to listen to my body. I’ve already — I can tell, you know, it’s just natural that you’re going to start slowing down. I don’t know how much time I have left, but I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. But at the same time, into my 50s, definitely not. Before 50, I would be done.”

After appearing on the July 4 episode of the show, Damian Priest has been announced for the July 11 edition of AAA On Fox. Check out the current lineup for the show by clicking here.
