Braun Strowman Returns To The Ring For First Time Since April 2025

Braun Strowman made his in-ring return at Great Lakes Championship Wrestling.

Strowman teamed with Kal Herro to defeat Tony Evans, Drew Hernandez & Tommy Boy in a handicap match at GLCW Billzard Brawl.

This was Strowman’s first match since his WWE contract expired in July 2025. It was his first time back in the ring since April 18, 2025 when he wrestled on SmackDown.

Strowman has battled health issues over the last year, but he’s also found success with his show “Everything on the Menu,” which airs on USA Network after WWE SmackDown.

In May, Braun Strowman said about an in-ring return, “For everyone asking when I’m getting back in the ring. When a dump truck of gold blocks get dumped on my porch!!!!”

This was not Strowman’s first time at GLCW. He wrestled for the promotion multiple times between his WWE stints in 2021 and 2022. This was his first independent match since 2022.
