Elsewhere on the Iwatani front, she is scheduled to return to the ring on August 9th at Marigold Summer Destiny. A challenge was issued for the show, with Mayu Iwatani and Victoria Yuzuki versus Spark Rush (Sareee & Takumi Iroha) proposed.
Iwatani has been out of action since May, citing multiple injuries, including a fractured big toe. She is still the Marigold Superfly Champion.
