Williams has been a member of the WWE roster for much of the 2020s, signing with the company in 2021 and being a staple of NXT for several years, holding the NXT title and later the TNA World Title. 2026 has been a breakout year for Williams, who has held the United States title since he defeated Sami Zayn for the championship at WrestleMania 42.
While speaking to Ring Rust Radio in a new interview, Trick Williams was asked for the highlight of his WWE career so far, with Williams naming his title win at WrestleMania 42, calling Sami Zayn a ‘future Hall Of Famer.’
“On the main roster, if you’re talking about on the show, definitely it’s winning that United States Championship. It was just a beautiful moment. Just think about how fast your life can change at that point, four months on the main roster, winning a WrestleMania match against a future Hall of Famer.”
