‘Vicious’ Vicki Venuto Hoping To Become TNA Knockout After Competing In TV Title Tournament
Vicki Venuto is aiming to get signed.
TNA Wrestling is in the midst of presenting the Knockouts Television Championship tournament. One of the tourney participants, ‘Vicious’ Vicki Venuto, was interviewed by her fiancé, Rob Williams. She spoke about her participation in the tournament and said it was incredible to be selected.
“I’m very grateful for my journey and the amount of years I’ve been doing this. We’re going on eight now. A lot of hard work, a lot of sacrifice… It’s not easy but, knowing that there are so many to choose from on the independent circuit and just being one of those people is incredible. It’s like, you can’t make it up. You can’t ask for anything more. Your whole dream’s come true and without signing a contract, to say that I did that I think is pretty cool and pretty special, and you know, no matter what happens, I’m a part of TNA history now. I’m in that.”
Venuto went on to add that she’s hoping to be signed to TNA.
“Obviously, my goal for 2026 was to put pen to paper and I feel closer than ever before doing that. This, like you said, tap on the shoulder and getting into this tournament is a huge deal, where if I don’t get signed and this was the last thing I ever did — knock on wood — I think I’d be okay with that because like I said, I’m a part of TNA history. I literally competed for a inaugural title on a national wrestling company. I mean, that’s pretty, pretty cool. But, I really wanna get signed. I feel like my whole life was dedicated to pro wrestling since I was four years old. I’m 30, and I just want to live my dream and I am in many different avenues and facets and ways but, I wanna be able to say that I signed somewhere, that I was contracted somewhere and I think I’m more closer to the goal now than I was two months ago. So, hopefully, I will be the newest Knockout and if not, at least I got to participate in that tournament.”
