Atsuki Aoyagi Suffers ACL Injury, Relinquishes AJPW All Asia Tag Team Titles

Atsuki Aoyagi was pulled out of a tournament and has to give up his title.
A press conference was held on August 5th for All Japan Pro Wrestling’s Zennichi Junior Festival tournament.
It was announced that the 2025 winner of the tournament, Atsuki Aoyagi, has been pulled from the 2026 field because he suffered a left ACL injury.

His partner, Rising HAYATO, with whom he held the All Asia Tag Team Titles, revealed that they will be relinquishing the belts because there is no clear timetable for when Aoyagi will be back in the ring.
Filling in for Aoyagi in the tournament will be Dragongate’s Masaaki Mochizuki.
