Joey Janela heaps praise on Megan Bayne.
Joey Janela had his 20th Anniversary Event on August 6th. The main event saw Janela and Megan Bayne take on Nick Wayne and Alec Price.
After the match, Janela spoke highly of Bayne and stated that AEW President Tony Khan should let Bayne wrestle men on television.
“Megan f*cking Bayne, everybody. I’m not just saying this because my connection with her. Top five women’s wrestler in the f*cking world right now. If Tony Khan had some balls, he would let Megan Bayne wrestle guys on TV. Guys like Kenny Omega, guys like ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey. Because if you let that happen, Megan Bayne would be known as the best f*cking professional wrestler in the f*cking world. Thank you, Megan. Really, thank you.”
Bayne and Lena Kross are the current AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions. They are scheduled to defend the titles against The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter & Alex Windsor) at All In.
