Stipulation Added To X Division Championship Match At TNA Lockdown
The X Division Championship match is set.
The opening match of the August 13th episode of TNA Wrestling Thursday Night iMPACT was a singles bout between Ricky Sosa and Brian Myers.
The System’s Bear Bronson and X Division Champion Cedric Alexander got involved, but Leon Slater offset Alexander, and it led to Sosa scoring the win.
Post-match, Slater once again issued a challenge to Alexander for an X Division Title match at the Lockdown pay-per-view on August 23rd. Alexander denied the first challenge, but he would only grant Slater his opportunity if he agreed to a stipulation.
Alexander said if he beats Slater, he wants Slater’s second-longest X Division Title reign to be completely erased from the history books and said he’ll take that spot. Slater agreed to the terms.

- TNA Knockouts World Championship — Cage Match: Xia Brookside (c) vs. Elayna Black
- TNA X Division Championship — Cage Match: Cedric Alexander (c) vs. Leon Slater (If Slater loses, his second-longest X Division Title reign is erased from TNA history)
