AJ Styles Produced Cruz Montana vs. Grayson Waller Match On 8/11 NXT

AJ Styles produced another NXT main event.

Speaking on The AJ Styles Show, AJ confirmed that he was the producer for the August 11 NXT main event between Cruz Montana and Grayson Waller.

“Cruz Montana and Grayson Waller, I was lucky enough to be able to produce that match. There’s not a lot you have to do in this match. You have two pros who have been on television and they know what they’re doing. I had no worries that they’d get it done in the time they needed to. Total pros,” he said.

The match, which was to determine the number one contender for the NXT Title, ended in a DQ when Zilla Fatu interfered.
