Blake Monroe: That’s Not My Debut. I Didn’t Wait Nine Years To Make It To The WWE To Have My Debut Like That. I’m World Championship Material

Blake Monroe comments after failing to make her in-ring debut on WWE SmackDown.

Blake Monroe was originally advertised to make her WWE SmackDown in-ring debut against Giulia on August 21. Before the match could take place, Monroe attacked Giulia and never made her in-ring debut.

On social media, WWE uploaded a backstage clip of Monroe, where The Glamour commented on not making her SmackDown in-ring debut. It appears that Monroe wants a match with Interim WWE Women’s Champion, Chelsea Green, instead.

“That’s not my debut. I didn’t wait four months getting called up to SmackDown, and I didn’t wait nine years to make it to the WWE to have my debut like that. I’m World Championship material. So you find Chelsea Green, you bring her to me, and then you get The Glamour. Until then, get out my face.”

Later, on social media, Monroe made a similar comment:

“world championship material, don’t waste my time”

Chelsea Green is injured as of right now. The SmackDown General Manager, Nick Aldis, gave her 30 days to get medically cleared and defend her Women’s Title on the August 14 episode of WWE SmackDown.
