Big E On Unicorn Horn New Day Merchandise: I Thought It Was A Silly Idea, If I’m Being Honest

Big E speaks the silly stuff that New Day would come up with during their run together, including the likes of unicorn horn merchandise.

The New Day were known for a lot of things during their time in the company, but the outright silliness that followed him in segments and matches would lead to much fan delight, including with the various different types of merchandise WWE would end up selling related to the faction, including unicorn horns.

While speaking to Under The Mat with Simon Miller, Big E spoke about the silly ideas that followed the faction, noting that for things like the unicorn horns, Big E thought it was silly.

“I thought it was a silly idea, if I’m being honest. I thought the whole unicorn thing was silly, but it was, because I realized a lot of the things that I thought were silly and stupid and that we probably shouldn’t do, I just said, ‘okay, you know, Woods is inventive, let’s give it a shot,’ and it worked out. Now seeing that we could actually strap this phallic device to the top of our heads and sell it to people, it was eye-opening. It was eye-opening but no, I’m proud of of the nonsense.”
