On a recent episode of ROH on HonorClub, ‘Smart’ Mark Sterling would take a bump from the apron during a spot that would feature Komander landing a springboard dropkick on the wrestling lawyer. Following the kick, Sterling would slip from his spot on the apron, landing on the top of his head in a bump that made fans concerned for his health.
While speaking during Sammy Guevara’s latest vlog, Mark Sterling would share with Guevara that he had to make a plane following the bump, and left the building 20 minutes later to make a Major Wrestling Figure podcast live show in Boston.
“But you know what I had to do? I had to leave that building in 20 minutes after that so that I could make my plane. The Major Wrestling Figure podcast had a live show in Boston. If I didn’t hit that Red Eye, I was not going to make that show.”
