Paul LeDuc Passes Away At 89

Paul LeDuc, one half of the LeDuc brothers and a former wrestler and promoter, has passed away at the age of 29.

LeDuc would have a successful tag team career that began in 1957, alongside Jos LeDuc who was his wrestling brother, but a close friend in real life, capturing tag team championships in Grand Prix Wrestling, NWA Florida and more. LeDuc would feature in a wrestling wedding in Montreal in 1971 as well as owning his own promotion, The FLQ, which was founded in 2000 and remains open to this day.

On August 30th, it would be announced that Paul LeDuc had passed away at the age of 89 that morning, and is survived by his sons, Carl and Yan, as well as his daughter, Kim.

LeDuc’s last recorded match would take place in 2008, and was most prominent during his tag team run with Jos LeDuc from 1968 to 1974.
