Wrestling World Remembers Bill Dundee
The wrestling world sadly lost “Superstarr” Bill Dundee on Sunday at the age of 82.
Dundee was the father of Jamie Dundee and the father-in-law of Bobby Eaton. He was a legend in the Memphis area where he had rivalries with Jerry Lawler and Jimmy Valiant.
He held the Mid-South Television Championship, AWA Southern Heavyweight Championship, AWA Southern Tag Team Championship, AWA World Tag Team Championships, the OVW Heavyweight Championship, the NWA Mid-America Heavyweight Championship, and many more.
Following his passing, many in the world of wrestling shared their memories of Dundee.
