Fabian Aichner Def. Rohit Raju To Earn Spot In X Division Title Match At TNA Bound For Glory

With Leon Slater activating Option C to get a TNA World Title match at Bound For Glory, he had to relinquish the X Division Championship.

It was later decided that a new X Division Champion would be crowned via a six-way Scramble match at the pay-per-view. Qualifying matches are underway, and one of the bouts saw Fabian Aichner versus former X Division Champion Rohit Raju on the 9/10 Thursday Night iMPACT.

It was Raju’s first match for TNA since the summer of 2025. Aichner ended up securing the win after powerbombing Raju.
