Tommaso Ciampa Says He Would Love To Do A Six-Month Program With MJF And Jon Moxley In AEW

Tommaso Ciampa wants to have long-term programs with MJF and Jon Moxley in All Elite Wrestling.

Earlier this year, Tommaso Ciampa made his All Elite Wrestling debut, answering Mark Briscoe’s TNT Title open challenge. He would go on to beat Briscoe three days later on the 1/31 AEW Collision and become the new TNT Champion. Since his debut, Ciampa had worked with the likes of Kyle Fletcher, Mark Briscoe, Chris Jericho, and more.

Speaking on the Battleground Podcast, Ciampa was asked to name someone who would bring something out of him that fans haven’t seen yet.

“If we’re talking not just a match, if we’re talking like a program, six months, top of the list is MJF. Second, or I guess 1A and 1B, would be Jon Moxley. I feel like those are the two, if it’s going to be a blood feud per se, or something that’s long-lasting. Those are the two guys that on the mic, I would love to go battle with them. In the ring, I’d like to battle with them. There’s a lot of layers to that story that could be told with both those guys.”

Ciampa then mentioned more wrestlers he’d like to work with in AEW, including first-time matchups such as Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay.

“Just in-ring in general, I mean, there’s so much talent right? [Konosuke] Takeshita. I’d like to get in there with Kyle [Fletcher] again. We had just met for the first time and then next thing you know, hey, you guys are going to go out there and have whatever it was, 18 minutes or whatever. [Kazuchika] Okada I’ve never shared a ring with. I’m kind of on a quest right now for a new title, so naturally that brings Andrade, Okada and Moxley right to the top of my list. But yeah, there’s just so much talent there, man. You can’t go wrong. [Kenny] Omega and [Will] Ospreay are natural dream matches. Whether that’s a program or a one-off, there’s just so many guys, man. There’s a long list I have in my phone and the goal is to just check off the boxes. That’s been my main goal since getting to the company. I have a list of 30 deep and I just want to keep checking off the boxes.”
