Sami Zayn comments on WWE Championship victory.
On 9/11 WWE SmackDown, Sami Zayn won the Undisputed WWE Championship from CM Punk, ending Punk’s reign at 67 days.
This was the second time Zayn had won the WWE Title. Both victories took place in the same year. Punk ended Zayn’s last title reign on the 7/6 WWE Raw after just nine days.
Following his victory, Zayn posted an Instagram Reel. In the overlay text, he said:
“RIDE OR DIES REJOICE, JUSTICE AT LAST!
TWO TIME WWE CHAMPION!”
He also posted about his victory on X, saying:
“I AM THE WWE CHAMPION AGAIN”
