Rhino Explains One Thing About Sabu He Knew That Fans Didn’t

Rhino has explained one thing about Sabu that he knew about that wrestling fans did not where the ECW star was concerned.

Sabu is one of the most iconic names in the history of ECW and hardcore wrestling as a whole, with the ECW legend sadly passing away last year.

While speaking to Johnny Pro Show in a new interview, Rhino was asked to speak about Sabu and how much he meant to him.

“Oh, a lot. A lot, yeah. Because you hear all the stories. I never met him until I got hired in ECW, and we never crossed paths, and he was going over for New Japan and all that stuff. Yeah, and then he’s not the guy you’ve seen in the ring. Yeah, very kind guy. But he didn’t talk to me for the first six months traveling together.”

Rhino would then be asked about something to do with Sabu that would surprise wrestling fans.

“I was very surprised when I seen him pray before a flight, and we didn’t even take off, so it wasn’t a bumpy flight. I’m like, Sabu’s over there praying.”
