Moose Doesn’t Think Avery Styles Was Signed To TNA Just Because He’s AJ Styles’ Son

Moose spoke about Avery Styles during a media appearance.

The son of A.J. Styles, Avery Styles, is signed to TNA Wrestling. Styles is currently aligned with Frankie Kazarian on TNA programming, and Avery was involved in Kazarian’s latest program with Moose.

Moose discussed Avery while on Busted Open After Dark. He expressed his thought that Avery was not signed to TNA just because of who his father is.

“He’s a bloodline to one of the greatest wrestlers ever so, I know he’s very talented. I’ve seen some of his clips of stuff that he does on the indies and I mean, there’s definitely talent there; there’s a lot of talent there. Obviously, if there wasn’t, TNA wouldn’t have signed him, and I don’t think it’s one of those things that he strictly got signed because he’s A.J. Styles’ son. I think there is talent there, and I’m happy he’s part of our team and I’m happy he’s part of TNA and I hope myself and the rest of the guys on the roster could lead him on to the right direction and make him be the best version of himself.”

Avery has yet to make his TNA in-ring debut. The next pay-per-view for the promotion is Bound For Glory on October 11th.
