Wheeler Yuta: Teaming With Daniel Garcia Is So Much Fun, I Think We Gel Well Together
Wheeler Yuta loves teaming with Daniel Garcia.
After spending the majority of their career feuding with each other, Garcia and Yuta have now been aligned with the Death Riders for a full year. Throughout this time, they’ve competed in many tag matches, defeating teams like Dark Order, Top Flight, and the Grizzled Young Veterans.
Speaking with The Wrestling Classic for a new interview, Yuta said he has a blast when he teams with Garcia.
“Yeah, I love teaming with Garcia. It’s been really fun. We’ve had so many battles against each other, but we’ve never been on the same side until joining the Death Riders. Not the indies, not anywhere, we’ve always been on opposite sides. So, being able to team, I think we were kinda like, let’s see how this chemistry works because we do know each other very well but we’re not, like I said, it’s always been as adversaries, not as teammates. I think we were a little curious to see how it would go and it gelled instantly. Being in a team with him is so much fun, we have such similar outlooks on wrestling. I’d love to go after the tag titles, I’d love to keep teaming with him. He’s my friend and it’s been an absolute blast, I think we gel well together.”
