Anthony Bowens Addresses His Future: “I Know Deep Down What I Want To Do & We’ll See If It Works Out”

Anthony Bowens discusses his future.

At the start of October 2026, Fightful Select reported that former AEW World Tag Team Champions Anthony Bowens and Max Caster were free agents.

During a new interview with Michael Fairman, Bowens was asked about his future and said the following:

“Well, unfortunately I don’t think I can speak on any of that because as soon as I open my mouth, I know there will be 27 different dirt sheets about what I say,” Bowens laughed. “I just don’t know where things are gonna go. I don’t wanna speculate. I’m taking everything one day at a time. I appreciate everybody’s support throughout all of this and I got a lot of ‘stay,’ I got a lot of different things, and I appreciate people’s feedback but I know deep down what I want to do and we’ll see if it works out.”

Bowens was last in action for AEW at the 2026 All In, where he was in action on The Buy In pre-show.
