Shotzi Blackheart Says She Will Keep Taking Indie Bookings, Excited To Tell Stories In TNA

On Monday, TNA Wrestling officially announced the signing of Shotzi Blackheart.

Shotzi was previously with MLW, and has been making her way through the independent scene since her contract was not renewed with WWE in May 2025.

Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Shotzi confirmed that she will continue to take independent dates despite being under contract with TNA.

“I’m still going to be busting my butt on the indies and taking as many bookings as possible, but TNA is where I’m at and I’m hoping to do some really fun things at TNA. I’m really excited to work with all the girls there,” she said.

Asked if she’s looking forward to doing weekly TV in TNA, Shotzi replied, “That’s what really excites me because that’s my favorite part of pro wrestling, the storytelling and how wild the stories get. If you saw the last episode of TNA, I have a little bond with Rosemary and Allie. I’m excited to see where that goes on television. I’m looking forward to having a lot of fun and focusing on a storyline.”
