Damian Priest Responds To R-Truth’s Social Media Post After WWE SmackDown Injury Scare

Damian Priest fires back at R-Truth.

On the October 16 episode of WWE SmackDown, Priest faced off with R-Truth in a singles bout. The match was called off by the referee after R-Truth landed awkwardly while hitting Priest with a missile dropkick.

A few days later, Truth took to social media to let fans know that he is fine. In the same post, he jokingly accused Priest of trying to kill him during the match.

In a new interview with WWE Radio’s Off The Ropes, Damian Priest scoffed at the post.

“Can you believe this guy is trying to blame me? I’ve been told that he posted some stupid thing about that, he’s good but that I tried to end his life. He tried to end his own just trying to win a match against me. The guy is — it explains who he is.”

Fightful will update fans when more is known about R-Truth and his return to TV.
