Steven Borden Returns, Blood & Guts Match Lineup Revealed

Steven Borden’s return leads to a big Blood & Guts announcement.

This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite featured a tag team bout that pitted Adam Copeland and Will Ospreay against the Don Callis Family duo of Kevin Knight and Kyle Fletcher. Copeland was pinned in the match after taking a belt shot from Kazuchika Okada and a brainbuster from Fletcher.

After the bout, the Don Callis Family continued their attack on Copeland and Ospreay. Things came to a hault when Darby Allin’s music hit. Instead of running to the ring immediately, Allin introduced a returning Steven Borden, who hasn’t appeared for AEW since suffering an injury at All Out.

Aided by the Young Bucks as well, Borden and Allin cleared the ring. Taking to the mic, Borden also declared that he is back…for Blood & Guts.

Later on in the show, the lineup for the Blood & Guts match was confirmed. Adam Copeland, Steven Borden, Darby Allin, the Young Bucks, and Will Ospreay will battle the best of the Don Callis Family — Kazuchika Okada, Wardlow, Kyle Fletcher, Mark Davis, Kevin Knight, and Jake Doyle.
