Two Title Matches Set For AEW Full Gear
Two big title matches has been added to AEW Full Gear.
Following their squash victory over the Young Bucks to open this week’s episode of Dynamite, the duo of Mark Davis and Jake Doyle will now challenge Matt and Nick Jackson for the AEW World Tag Team Championships at Full Gear. The match was announced by commentary shortly after Davis and Doyle’s win. This will be their pay-per-view debut as a tag team.
Later on, Swerve Strickland approached ‘Hangman’ Adam Page and Brodido backstage to demand a rematch for the AEW World Trios Championships. Page agreed, prompting Strickland to propose a Texas Deathmatch stipulation for the bout. Page declined that proposal, but it appears that Swerve will try to get his way in the future.
