Christian Watson Felt Like He Was Watching WWE During His Ambulance Return On Thursday Night Football

Christian Watson is a legend.
This week’s Thursday Night Football matchup saw the Green Bay Packers take down the Carolina Panthers with a score of 27-19. During the second quarter, Packers WR Christian Watson went to the hospital after suffering a chest injury. Cameras even caught Watson getting into an ambulance.
Then, during the third quarter, Watson made his surprising return to the game. Again, cameras caught him getting out of the ambulance. Speaking with reporters after the game, Christian noted that he felt like he was watching WWE during this moment.
“I used to watch WWE as a kid, I felt like I was watching WWE SmackDown vs. Raw or something out there. Seeing the cameras on me coming out the ambulance, that was a little crazy. It was a surreal experience, no doubt. Just to go through that and have the fans cheering for me being back out there was definitely exciting.”
After returning to the game, Watson recorded 2 additional catches for 13 yards. His total statline for the night was 8 receptions for 113 yards.
Go Pack Go.
