Report: Major Part Of WWE Crown Jewel Broadcast Will Be Remote Engineered From WWE HQ In Stamford

The latest on Crown Jewel.

Coming up on November 7th is WWE’s Crown Jewel Premium Live Event at the ANB Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider provided more details related to the show. He is reporting that a major part of the Crown Jewel broadcast will be remotely engineered from WWE Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, with production and satellite trucks stationed at HQ.

WWE will have less staff than usual in Saudi Arabia. Johnson noted that a ‘sizeable’ amount of the production crew will be present. He added that production elements such as cameras, sound, equipment, and more will be set up by the on-site staff and then transmitted back to the USA so those back at HQ can produce remotely as if they were actually there.

WrestleVotes on Fightful Select learned that WWE offered $3,000 in hazard pay to crew members who are making the trek to Saudi Arabia.
