Very saddened to hear of the passing of The Mighty John Quinn. Without a doubt, he caused a national stir with his debut on WOS in 78. When he joined Brian Dixon, he was incredible and his Liverpool Stadium matches were totally explosive. RIP John and thank you for all you did. pic.twitter.com/tGwDeGdrtm

I wrestled Ambrose in live event & dark matches B4 he got called up-he had IT. After he debuted, I had a blast wrestling him in Street Fights on live events & for the US title in China-in matches nobody will ever see. AND he was cool enough to be on @MajorWFPod! #ThankYouAmbrose

The denim jacket I wore last night for #ShieldsFinalChapter was actually purchased by one @ReneeYoungWWE FOR Dean Ambrose.
It didn’t fit him. She gifted it to me. (Sans airbrush art –).
I know, I know. “Cool story, bro.”
I thought so. –

– Matt Jackson put out the following statement on his current break from wrestling, “I’ve been performing in a wrestling ring since I was 16 years old. I’ve never taken a long break, even for injury. I just kept going. This current break has been the longest I’ve ever taken. I’ve needed it to recharge my body, my mind, and to start a brand new company. But most importantly, I needed this to make up for lost time with my family. I haven’t forgotten about all of our amazing fans. We’ll be back soon, on the biggest adventure yet. Nothing but love.”
– Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reports that CM Punk was Tony Khan’s first choice for AEW, before Chris Jericho and The Young Bucks.
