Aspen Ladd Making UFC Debut At TUF 25 Finale

Undefeated prospect and Invicta Fighting Championships veteran Aspen Ladd will be making her UFC debut against Jessica Eye in a women’s bantamweight division fight at the UFC Ultimate Fighter 25 Finale.

Ladd (5-0-0) is making her aforementioned UFC debut in this fight, having spent her entire professional MMA career in Invicta FC. In that five fight run with Invicta FC, Ladd earned notable wins over UFC veteran Amanda Bobby Cooper and Sijara Eubanks. During her three fights amateur MMA career, Ladd did suffered a unanimous decision loss to UFC fighter Cynthia Calvillo.

Eye (11-6-0-1NC) has won just one of six fights under the UFC banner, with those losses coming to Alexis Davis,, Miesha Tate, Juliana Pena, Sara McMann and Bethe Correia. Eye also fought twice in Bellator MMA, where she defeated then flyweight champion Zoila Frausto in a non-title fight. Eye hasn’t earned a victory in just under three years, with her last win coming over Leslie Smith at UFC 180.

UFC Ultimate Fighter 25 Finale takes place on Friday, July 7 from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Fox Sports 1.
