Big Show Sends A Message For His Fans After Hip Surgery

Big Show says he and his hip are on the way to recovery.

In September, Big Show was defeated in a cage match by Braun Strowman. Following the match, Big Show went in for surgery on his hip.  On Tuesday, Big Show posted a message to Instagram. In the video, he is on a stationary bike and apparently taking part in his physical rehabilitation. He introduced one of his physical therapists and said he now has a new metal hip.

"First of all, I want to say thank you for all the positiveness and well wishes. You guys don't understand how much that means for an injury like this to get through. I've got a metal hip now," said Big Show. "I'll be faster than greased lightning, slicker than a wet pond. Can't wait to see you guys soon," he added.

In the caption to the video, Big Show compared his metal hip to Marvel Comic's Wolverine's adamantium bones. The video from his Instagram is below.

Even though Big Show says he is on his way back to full health, he has also said in the past his wrestling career is coming to an end soon. He has confirmed he will not be a full-time wrestler in 2018. His career has already spanned over twenty years in WCW and WWE.

Fightful Wrestling will provide any updates to Big Shows possible return to wrestling.
