Alexa Bliss may just stand 5 feet tall, but a WWE Hall of Famer thinks that she is going to be the next big thing in the women's division.
Booker T broke down Bliss, and why he thinks she has so much potential, during a recent episode of his Heated Conversations podcast, recorded as a preview of the Payback pay-per-view. At that event, Alexa Bliss defeated Bayley to become the first individual to win both the Raw and Smackdown Women's Titles. Bliss had two reigns as Smackdown champion before switching to WWE during last month's Superstar Shake-Up.
"Bliss takes over the room when she walks in," Booker said. "It's amazing how something that small, in such a small package, can be like dynamite. I'm talking about C-4 … that can just blow up the whole building. That's what Alexa Bliss is. She comes in and she puts herself out there and she's willing to take it. The crowd can go out there and give her everything that they can give and she will sit there and take it. She won't just take it; she's going to throw something back right at them and make them go, 'Wow.' "
Booker also praised her in-ring work.
"She goes out and performs in the ring at a very high level as well," he said. "Her psychology, for someone who's been in for such a short time, is right on point. She's definitely putting herself in position to be on that level of Charlotte and the rest of them really soon."
Bliss has been trained solely under the WWE umbrella and has less than four years' total experience in wrestling.
